The accommodation consists of: entrance hall, kitchen, large living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The rooms are large and bright with modern furniture and wooden floors.

Since we are passionate about motors, most of the paintings and ornaments are "Ferrari" themed. The kitchen has basic equipment. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, burglar alarm and a large, free parking lot. In the same building there is a coin-operated laundry.

The guest has 90 square meters at his disposal divided as follows:

a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a large living room with dining area and relaxation area, two double bedrooms complete with four-door wardrobes and a bathroom, equipped with a comfortable shower, with parquet flooring and a ceramic corner, where the sanitary fixtures are located. The washing machine is available to the apartment and is located in the attic on the 4th floor where you can also hang out the laundry. On the ground floor of the building you can find a dryer for a fee (in the self-service laundry).

Bed linen, bathroom linen (3 towels per guest plus hand towels) and table linen are provided. All linen is washed and sanitized.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
